Sales to production job

Owner / Admin · authenticated HTTPS

Prepare a clean production database

Creates and verifies a backup, builds a fresh data generation, preserves every user, role, permission, company setting, unit, warehouse, location, system reference, and document-number high-water mark, then clears business and diagnostic records. Every session is revoked. The ERP returns in Verification and requires a fresh sign-in and Operational release.

This is not a table wipe. Business uploads and generated files move into the protected backup, old audit history remains there, committed reset evidence remains outside the replaced database, and a failed switch restores the previous generation.

Verified generation replacement

Clear all business data

Review the live count snapshot carefully. This authenticated HTTPS action requires fresh password verification and a one-time phrase, creates a verified recovery backup first, and signs every user out.
